Difference being those minifigs are usually with a SET. This is quite literally a figure which breaks apart. Mnifigs are also 1 inch tall. The Thrall included in the goody bags was what, 6, 8 inches?

The "hey, this is a figure made out of Legos/MegaBloks" doesn't work when the figure is simply a sculpted figure with angles to give the impressions of blocks.
