I'm pretty sure it's a typo or just phrased poorly.

"Head into your images folder, select the sixth subfolder, grab the sixth image in the folder"

should probably be
"Head into your images folder, which is the sixth subfolder, grab the sixth image in the folder"

or

"Head into your World of Warcraft folder, select the sixth subfolder, grab the sixth image in the folder"

As long as you have the folders sorted by name and not date or size, the Screenshots folder should be your sixth subfolder (preceded by Cache, Data, Errors, Interface, and Logs).
