Wonderful post Contessa.
Blizzard has said before that the numbers of subscribers don't reflect the amount of people joining and leaving the game.
That means we are always having new players hit the level cap and want to be involved in the end game, and all too often they're greeted with ridicule and scorn.
The LFR system, which is where most new players seem to be getting their introduction, is a horrible environment. Greed, intolerance, and laziness are present on almost every pug run.
The solution to all this then is in our hands. Each one of us that wants WoW to be a better environment, is responsible for encouraging that environment.
Want more 25 man raiders? Raise them up, teach them, encourage them : )
