Why would you bother having 25-man raids at the point where only 20 guilds worldwide are raiding 25-mans? At the rate that 25-mans are dissolving (without ANY new ones forming), there won't be any 25-man guilds to raid that content by the end of MoP because no one is willing to lead 25-man guilds once a guild leader steps down.

There are plenty of people willing to join 25-man guilds, but NO ONE wants to put together a brand new 25-man guild when it's 10000 times easier to form a new 10-man guild.
