I've done 40-mans, 25-mans, and 10-mans. The more players you have, the more logistics takes the forefront to fun (actually playing the game), and the more having sociopathic raid/guild leaders prevals, because you've got to be mildly crazy to want round up 30 players every night.

Good riddance 40-mans.
