Having buffs in two spots is redundant. Aside, but related -- I still don't get why a LOT of people (including those featured in this column) continue to be stuck in the Blizz default paradigm of having their buffs/debuffs show up way at the top in BFE away from everything else at the bottom. You have these nice, clean, adjusted UIs that still show player buffs and debuffs off on their own as if they're the bastard children of your UI. Stick those down closer to your eye center and/or player frame.

The issue with buffs is that you can have anywhere between 0 and (what seems like) 40 of them at once. Trying to get them to fit into a ui attractively in all situations is... tough.Sometimes it's easier to just slap them somewhere where they won't bonk into anybody else.
