The case for cross-faction Real ID raiding

I figure with all the instances we have where we're transformed to look like humans or night elves, why not make Real ID raiding something where, say, the raid leader's faction is given priority, and any Alliance character that join are transformed to Horde races when they enter the instance?

I know ideally everyone would want to stay themselves, but I'd be willing to take a disguise if it meant I could group with my cross-faction buddies.
