That's not the first trailer I think... In the old warcraft 3 disc I had (Reign of chaos, not frozen throne), there was another trailer I dont recall very well... but I remember it had a series of human and dwarf shots, one of them including them in an archer line.

I like this early trailer better!
Not because it is Alliance based, but because there are female characters in it.

The actual selling power of the one in the header is better if you are aiming at a small niche market--which I am sure they were at the time. But it made me feel like there was nothing targeted towards me at all.

This one looks more like a preview of what the world is like than a trailer to me--and that is also why it works better for me personally.
