The glyph of the future

For myself, I want a glyph that lets me dual wield polearms with Titan's Grip. I have a Hellreaver, and dang it, I want to swing two of those beasts around. (Well, technically, I have a Kiril, but transmogrification means I get to have a Hellreaver.) I'd also like to see a glyph that reduces the cooldown on Heroic Leap out of combat so that I could use it like Blink, a glyph that caused me to grow every time I hit an enraged state (which is why I grabbed that Kiril that was on the DE chopping block, frankly), and finally, I'm dying for a glyph that makes Mortal Strike automatically add the Rend effect so that I never have to Rend manually again.
What do you, the viewers at home, think? What glyphs do you want to see in... the future!?!? (Imagine this in my best Criswell impression.)

Glyph I'd want most for paladins, rogues and shaman, is one that would get rid of that annoying 30/60 duration on weapon buffs and seals. Now I kinda get why rogues currently have this but I think we are past the point where this is, as blizz would say, compelling content. Just let me put on windfury and flametongue on my weapons once and for al.
However, if our boys at blizzard did stay why they have durations I am dying to know.

All warlock fire spells emit green fire.
It's long overdue.

I am still hoping that blizzard really helps out scribes as a whole in pandaria. I was super
Sad when I found out dust of dissapearence could be bought from a vendor

I want a glyph that causes my Hex to turn enemies into little tiki men that scream gibberish.

Having played a warlock both pre and -post cataclysm, I greatly appreciated how they've redone the soul shard mechanic. HOWEVER, having experienced long boss fights on both of my specs, I feel that in these situations, we are at a huge disadvantage to mages in the sense that once we run out of soul shards, we're dead in the water and all out of burst. Mages, at least, can invis and evocate; warlock cannot Soul Harvest unless out of combat.
What I would be very pleased to see is at least one of the following glyphs: Soul Stone: grants an additional 2 Soul Stones / Glyph of Soul Harvest: allows you to cast Soul Harvest while in combat, but does not regenerate health.
I admit I have absolutely no say in the matter, but thought I'd throw in my two cents.
