Oh, specifics? I think they should add Seal/Aura (or whatever one we're left with) effects that can be seen on your character as long as they're active, something akin to Shadowform. More glowy-sparkly-angeley-looking stuff that can be modified with cosmetic/minor glyphs. Guardian of Ancient Kings appearance modifications (female?), actually I think most buffs and CDs (Inquisition, Zealotry, Aura Mastery, etc) could use more obvious spell effects, instead of watching our buff bar or Aura timers to see when we get them or when they end.
I digress, I think more character customization options would be very good for the game. Look at how much everyone loves Transmog. I know it's more data for the servers to process, but being able to change spell/enchant colors, pet skins, add wings and halos, or even just some more RP emotes would serve to diversify the players we see through the world. I know games like Lord of the Rings Online offer new dances, emotes, cosmetic items, pet skins, etc. as quest, world event, and achievement rewards. WoW needs to fill the scenario (sounds like LotRO's Skirmishes) loot tables with something! Make them all minor glyphs, add those to the character panel, voila! No more cookie-cutter characters.
