"I'm sure Blizzard has the data, but I'm also sure that the devs are smart enough not to create new tier sets based purely on nostalgia for old sets. Basically, if people want to wear Judgement, congratulations, they can. There's no reason to design a new Judgement-alike."I agree that they're not going to create new tier sets based on nostalgia, but I don't think this is the kind of data Blizzard would be looking at. More likely, it would be things like "80% of shoulder slot items are transmogged into smaller models so we need to make average shoulders smaller," or "Most primary colored pieces are transmogged into neutrals or pastels so we should re-strategize how we're coloring." If anybody thinks Blizz has that data and isn't using it to inform future item design, they're crazy.
