I'm pretty sure this bit here means you can't close your account now and get this deal later. It only applies to accounts that were inactive on or before 4th of March.

yes but if you quit now you know that you will eventually get a shit ton of bonuses and a free copy of MoP when you decide to come back.

This is like some insane thing where they just talked me into quitting a game that I like because not playing for a few months (of inter-xpac lull) will net me all sorts of rewards that save me time and money?!!?!!?!!?
