Sure, I don't get a character leveled to 80.. but how many more of those do I really need?

And as the 'never left', we're the ones that will get the spectral mount.

I'd say it feels balanced to me. One gets stuff for paying for a month, the other gets me stuff for not doing anything differently that I am now.
