I was initially worried on that too, but then I realized that 80-85 is a long slog the first time you do it and plenty of time to relearn, they figure that the friends wont be jerks and will be assisting their friends relearning. Plus these people have at least some experience in how to play the game. I dont think it's any worse than the RAF program that can potentially boost someone to 60...that has a higher chance of having people who have no grasp of the game at all getting to a high level and causing havoc in dungeons.
