I won't do it for a mount (sorry but mounts are for casuals) but I’d do it for a T13 full set of the lowest ilevel for a single character of my choice. It would basically get you up to speed on gear to be able to raid (very important for former raiders to get in shape ASAP to raid again).
As a former raider, if I am not coming back to WOW its because of the grind to get in shape to really raid.

You're seriously complaining that raids have become too hard to get into? Where were you in Vanila, TBC and Wrath? And your solution is to hand out a complete set of the gear that drops in the final tier? And then what's supposed to happen?
