I'm a little sad about the flying thing. I hear their point, but I feel like they focus too much on the leveling experience. Some six months after the release, most people will be at 90 and the world will empty out again - limiting flying during leveling really doesn't address that. What they need to do (and what I hope Scenarios are intended to address) is giving people a reason to want to be in the world, on the ground. We don't need to ground everyone (which feels more like punitive action) if there are things down there that attract people. World objectives, raid bosses, irregular events (like smaller, un-timed Wintergrasps), and other attractive features are perfect for making the zones feel alive and drawing players out of the cities.Imagine a place like Twilight Highlands (containing a raid zone and allowing flight), and think about where people congregate. Now imagine if the factions actually set out every so often to assault their opposite, and players could sign up to participate in the skirmish, with real consequences for winning/losing.
