My guild doesn't have any gets, but another raiding guild I ran a couple alts with occasionally has a couple of very good ret pallies, and that guild was doing hard modes as well. It's safe to say they didn't suck that bad.

But, I suppose some people prefer a class where you can set up a macro and just mash one button non-stop for an entire 5-6 minute boss fight (like ret in wrath).
