It will only affect your healing on players during PvP situations. So, PvP power will not help you heal more in a dungeon or raid.Wondering, then, why this stat is useful if it only works in PvP while Spell Power works everywhere? Well, it's not included in the stat budget. So, while a PvP piece might have a tiny bit less "spell power" than a PvE piece...it ALSO has a good amount of completely free "PvP Power."So, a PvP healing piece will heal for slightly less than a PvE piece if you use it in a raid. But when you use it in an arena, it will heal for much more than the PvE piece because of all that extra PvP Power.
