Wow sorry about your luck with it, but I have never had any problems with steam. Never used Origin and do not really plan to. WOW takes up most of my gaming time. If I need a little break or whatever I download a demo from steam. I do have all the Half-Life titles on it, Portal and several others.

Point is, I just hate to see someone has had a bad experience with a service that has been great to me.
