As a female, in my experience the majority of healers I know or have met in wow are guys. All our guild healers are male as well. Since TBC I can think of 2 women players I have raided with that have healed ... and one of our main tanks whilst raiding ICC 25man was a woman.

For the record I have never healed, I have a low lvl priest that I was going to try and heal on but just never got around to it. Played a shammy since TBC and never healed on her either. Maybe one day I'll get around to giving it a go. I just wish more women played wow, as yet again Im the only female in my guild.
