Blizzard sent the WoW Insider offices a batch of the brand new DC Series 8 and Premium Series 4 action figures to play around with. As a guy who is currently typing words on a
World of Warcraft blog, you can imagine that I appreciate the occasional action figure. I've been impressed with the detail on the DC series in the past, especially the Garrosh and Lady Vashj figures, and was excited to see these up close. Check out this gallery of shots that I took at an expensive studio space in a trendy area in Brooklyn.
DC
WoW action figures series 8 includes:
-
Confessor Dhalia
-
Brink Spannercrank vs. Snaggle
-
The Black Knight
DC
WoW premium series 4 includes:
-
Moonkin: Wildmoon
-
Hallow's End Nemesis: The Headless Horseman
Also, since I used to be a huge fan of ToyFare magazine and Twisted ToyFare Theater back in 1999, I went ahead and did my own.

Is the black knight armor available in game? That would make an awesome DK mogging set.

She looks even better in person that in the pictures. I've been looking for her forever, most places have it marked as pre-order and have since these were originally announced. Finally about a month ago I noticed they were added to the Blizzard store and I ordered it immediately. She is simply gorgeous and the perfect compliment to my undead priestess coincidentally named Dahliah.

Wow, that moonkin looks amazing.

WILD RUMPUS!

Headless Horseman doesn't have a full horse? Even if it drove the price up, he deserves a full horse.

Could it be? Has DC started learning their lesson? I see plastic bases for Brink & Snaggle. After buying Judge Malthred, I went on strike. It literally makes me cry whenever the slightest breeze knocks my entire shelf of WoW figures over. At this point, they are now portraying the after effects of drunken debauchery.

Are these articulated? They don't look articulated. If not they are not 'action figures', they are 'figurines'!

That undead priest chick has GIANT hands and feet. Someone needs to tell them the "everyone in Warcraft has giant hands and feet" rule only applies to the dudes.

These are the last of the figures from DC. I've been collecting these since they came out, and I really like them all....wish they would make more...
