Satans Hounds on Draka (US-H) was trying to kill some Molten Elementals in Hyjal when he accidentally Shadowstepped off his mount and into the Phantom Zone. Luckily, a helpful Blizzard employee answered his ticket, explained that his prey had spawned partially underground, and returned him from whence he came.

Ahhh, those soft spots in the Azerothian soil. Mages find alot of those while randomly blinking around the world map. You're just running along, blinking, and then poof.
It's pretty damn freaky, even after the sixth or ninth time. 0-0

As a mage, I've had to make use of the unstuck button more than a few times in my day :P
