I love the flexibility that LFD gives me. I can pop online, poll the present members of the guild and see who wants to go dungeon diving with me, and then we queue up. Sometimes, I get a full house, but more often than not, I get 2/3. Now, we are not held up for long stretches of time, looking for someone to fill-in - I love it.
I like LFR because it gives my entire guild a chance to 1) experience raiding on some level; 2) gear up mains/alts who are looking to join our 10 man; and 3) we get to sit and giggle in vent while doing it. That last part is the most important, it is the main reason I continue to join the LFR group everyweek, despite not needing the gear.
