A new Mists of Pandaria screenshot has randomly appeared in the Cataclysm screenshot gallery on the Blizzard site today. (Update: It's the start of the MoP Screenshot of the Day program.)
How do we know it's an MoP screenshot? Because there are four pandaren in it.
We also see some large, raid-type portal doors, which are clearly Asian-themed. The whole screenshot has a jungle feel to it and looks like it might come out of The Jade Forest, which is a new 85-to-86 zone. The doors are also identical to the ones in the Temple of the Jade Serpent dungeon. The Temple is the very first instance players will encounter in MoP.

what does it say about the state of the game when 80% of all wowinsider posts are incidental (often tentative) details about an expansion that isn't close to being released and the other 20% are articles about UIs, screenshots and two-tiered membership promotions?
what does it say about us as subscribers and players that we continue to pay for worn out instances, a single played out raid, excruciating level grinds (um, can i haz lvl 80 nao plox?!?!), long-capped professions and cosmetic doll outfits?

Dude, if you are tired of the game then stop playing. There is no reason to bitch about it and imply that there is something wrong with all the people who still enjoy WoW.
Stuff like that just annoys the hell out of me--especially when it is just random bitching on a random topic.

I am excited to see that screenshot! It looks beautiful and interesting. The detail is amazing.
I want to see what is through those doors and to walk on that path.
I hope all kinds of cool stuff from the press tour invades this site on the 19th. ^^

I'm quite happy on the timing of this screenshot. Willow trees in our neighborhood are just beginning to bud. The cherries are blooming in warmer sunny spots. My subconscious mind looks at that picture and thinks, "I'll be there soon".
I think I'll take a walk around the lake tonight after work. Spring is the world's own expansion.

I like it, if the music is as good as i think it will be then even fishing is going to be fun at that small pond there. Can't wait until MoP is around.
