By old raids do you mean level 85 raids or really old raids?
LFR would have to be restricted to level-appropriate characters, or you would have to have two seperate LFRs. One for level appropriate and one for "facroll" level characters.

To start, all raids from Cata and raids from the current expansion as they're released. It'd be awesome to eventually add them all though. There are more reasons now than ever to go back through all of the old content (completionists, transmog, achievements, lore, legendaries, tier sets, etc) and it would be a heck of a lot easier if there was a LFG for that. I think it would also promote fun, non-stressful social activities!
