That depends on the structure of the Horde. They seem to follow orcish norms, and don't concern themselves with primogeniture. Warchief seems to require some sort of acclamation or at least popular support; a chief who can't get any warriors to follow him isn't much of a chief. So, it's unlikely that Baby Thrall will wind up automatically becoming Warchief.That being said, he or she may well wind up as a threat to whomever is in power at the time he or she hits maturity, as he or she will still be the first child of a beloved former Warchief. Even if Junior doesn't set out for political power, followers may appear and try and thrust it upon him or her.Even worse, the then-current Warchief might see Junior as a threat and Do Something to ensure that Junior doesn't develop into a threat.
