Mists of Pandaria Screenshot of the Day: Shado-pan Monastery
Today's Mists of Pandaria screenshot from Blizzard shows a pandaren-looking building on top of what looks like some mountain. There's snow falling (not exactly visible on the small version of the image; check out the larger version to see it clearly).
This looks like it's the Shado-pan Monastery in Kun-Lai Summit. (Thanks to a couple people for pointing this out.) It serves as the training grounds for theDragonborn Shado-pan Clan, a group of pandaren ninjas who are tasked with protecting Pandaria. In the dungeon, the Sha are invading, and you have to deal with it.
Some people have noted that a small version of this image appeared in a Ghostcrawler postmortem, but we haven't seen a large version yet.
The dungeon preview video and more information about Kun-Lai Summit, after the break.

High atop the frigid northern peaks of the Kun-Lai Summit looms the Temple of the Tiger, an ancient training ground protected by an elite force of martial priests, along with the spirit of the White Tiger itself. Deeper into the mountains is the hideout of the Shado-pan: a mysterious order charged with protecting Pandaria from the dark things buried beneath its surface. When the isolated people of Kun-Lai are threatened by marauders from the west and a Zandalari troll menace invading its northern shores, they turn to the Alliance and Horde for help.

All these tantalizing tidbits are going to make my head explode.
(Or wait. My head can't explode yet, it has to wait for Monday.)

GC's Post Mortem. Scroll down and you'll see this one. It might also be worth noting that if you go to the US Screenshot of the Day, it still appears blank but mousing over the thumbnail shows a different URL ("wowdragon616") than the EU version.

It was in Ghostcrawler's Post Mortem:

But it's awesome to see the full-size picture finally. The small one didn't do it justice.

Just to note: I added this comment earlier when the article said, "Some people have noted that this image, or something very similar, has appeared previously in a blue post, but we're not able to find it at this time."
I was helping Adam, not just randomly complaining that it had been seen. :P

Very very nice... love the atmosphere there, great lighting (reminds me of the art panel at Blizzcon last year, where one of the art designers showcased how much lighting changes the atmosphere/vibe of a setting)

It was the last image in Ghostcrawler's Cataclysm post-mortum post:

so nice to see SNOW again!

Couldn't agree more, and I feel bad that weather is isolated to specific zones as opposed to being spread across every different zone, like an actual season. I'd like to be able to FEEL like it's winter when I travel the world as opposed to having to step in Dun Morogh to get a taste of snow when it should be winter everywhere.
It would also help give a feel of how much time has passed in-game in relation to world events and patches if you could actually see the seasons pass. Like, "oh, Firelands began just before July, and Dragon Soul came out just before December, so Firelands lasted through Summer and ended near the last of Fall, witih Dragon Soul lasting through winter and early spring..."

MoP looking more and more like a visual competitor to GW2. Now if Blizzard announces some form of World PVP, I can see a real competition looming. Dynamic events? Who knows?

That's freaking breathtaking. I can't wait to go there!
