WoW Moviewatch: Illegal Danish Super Snacks

Sometimes, you curl up around a fire, smoking an aged pipe, enjoying a bit of chocolate stout while sharing a classic machinima with your dog. (What, you don't do that? Weirdos.) When I do that, because I'm not a weirdo, I choose a true classic: Illegal Danish Super Snacks.
While IDSS wasn't the first machinima to hit the scene, it definitely changed the landscape. IDSS brought the art of machinima to thousands of WoW players for the first time, and it raised the bar for long-form machinima. To this day, many fans look back to Illegal Danish Super Snacks as the definitive WoW fan movie.

To me, Tales of the Past, especially #3 is the definitive WoW movie... that said, I distinctly remember the Illegal Danish stuff.
(Weren't they supposed to come out with another one?)

Myndflame has his own channel on YouTube. I search for "Illegal Danish" and found it further down his list. He also has a part 3 prelude.

O.O that sucks big time! He needs to find a way to work something out so future generations can enjoy Blind!
I always assumed that the great machinimas I've watched would still be there whenever I got the itch to watch them again, but now...I'm not so sure. I almost feel like going out and downloading all my favorites just to preserve them in case of a copyright banhammer or the artist simply taking them down.

I have sold at least a half-dozen Arcanite Reapers to transmoggers thanks to this movie, I think. :)
