The Shaman ones are not glyphs, they're talents. If you're not a Shaman you might not have been aware that with the last talent reveal the entire bottom set of talents (the ones you get at 90) were "coming soon", so Sacco was giving a quick run down of what they were. So the perma pets will be pretty optional as they'll be based on doing the same damage as the cone spell or super unleash elements.

It'll be interesting to see how perma pets will help resto, since all talents are meant to be good for all trees.
