Mists of Pandaria: Siege of Orgrimmar

The format of how Blizzard tells its story will change in this expansion, too. Mists of Pandaria itself, the game that comes in the box, will be a full, contained story. The entire arc of Mists of Pandaria will be there when you install the game, before any content patches at all. The content patches will be treated as sequels to that story. We will arrive on Pandaria when we install the game, have our adventures, and then see that story end. When the first patch hits, we will see Pandaria begin to be truly ravaged by our war.
While the steps taking us there are still unknown, Metzen did reveal that the war waged in those patches will reach a massive conclusion: We will lay siege to Orgrimmar to remove the mantle of warchief from Garrosh Hellscream's shoulders. It didn't sound as if it would be an Alliance-only venture, so it seems the new Warchief of the Horde will get a little too Old School Grom for their taste. However, there is a possibility that the Horde will get to deal a similar blow of their own ... Knowing the fate of Garrosh Hellscream, it's possible nobody is safe this expansion.

There's only one thing I really want to see with the end of Garrosh's reign as Warchief.
That one scene at the beginning of the Troll's starting area where Vol'jin shows you the replay of the argument between him and Garrosh, where Garrosh basically tells Vol'jin and the rest of his Trolls to go f**k themselves, Vol'jin tells him that "...when the time comes, and ya blood be slowly drainin' out, ya will know exactly who fired tha arrow dat pierced ya heart."
Please please, please let this be foreshadowing.

Well, this seems to be another nail in the coffin.
For a man who'se entire job is based around writing the backstory for this game, metzen seems to have shot himself in the foot here. I mean, we spent an entire expansion fleshing out the story of how Garrosh is becoming a better warchief (I fully support his policies because, lets be honest, no-one likes night elves) learning valueable qualities such as mercy (the final quest chain in stonetalon mountains, it's actually really good), and then we just turn around and murder him because he became corrupted? I mean, we finally get a warchief with some character development and they kill him off so they can go back to shoving thrall down our throats, with his holier than thou, I'm so restrained with my killing of alliance ways.
Not to mention that throughout cataclysm, we followed the story of how Sylvanus is going down a path towards becoming a newer version of the lich king, randomly killing civilians and deploying the plague willy-nilly just because they can.

Forgotten in all this is what is going to happen with Jaina? Her home is in Theramore. Will she be captured by the horde and killed by Garrosh? Is that going to be the war crime alluded to by blizz? Or will she be held captive in Orgrimmar until the siege?
