Did you ever consider that the way you describe yourself overly-aggressively barking orders at people then raging at them for 10 minutes if anything goes wrong means that you probably come accross as an ass...and maybe by the third time they are doing it deliberately just to annoy you in the hope you will go away?

Just a thought - if you are experiencing bad groups consistently and can't understand when other people describe good experiences then maybe you should consider that the only constant in your groups that isn't in theirs' is, well...you.
