Consecration is Prot-only in Mists. If HPallies want a targettable AoE, they can talent for it. It's sorta like 4.0 Holy Radiance mixed with Atonement.

Anyhoo, the Conc glyph is meant to give Pallies the same versatility as DKs have with D&D. It's a big threat generating god-circle you can place at a range, which is outstanding for streaming adds in a raid.
