This list is far too vague. Casual players should be excited for the quick features that are now available. Three things this casual is stoked for:

Pet Battles
Full LFR support
Scenarios

Fixed that for ya

Farmville
Lower barrier to entry for PvP (supposedly)
More "fun" reps for mounts and toys
