Sadly, I don't think this would work at all on my realm. I just did a quick check on the Undermine Journal for a few of the items and they were way underpriced compared to some other realms. Bandit Boots are selling for 1-2g (2 sold in the past week) and Scouting Tunic is a huge 14s (compared to 300g+ on other servers).Maybe loading up, transferring off and transferring back? Course, that's a ton of money to spend...

You might as well try forcing the price up on your realm and see where that takes you. You never know, simply bumping the price up to a high amount might make people realize they're nice smog gear. With their current cost so low, you can't really go anywhere on your investment but up.

People looking for transmog may many times pass up something extremely cheap because they assume if it is being sold that cheaply, it looks bad and isn't for transmog. If you put some on the AH for several hundred gold, I bet you'd be surprised to find people buying them.

Magma is right. A lot of people will over-look the low priced items because they assume they're ugly and people just want to move them ASAP. Others don't have a chick toon to see what the transmog looks like.If you play a Worgen or a Draenei it can become troublesome to know what is what when it comes to some transmog sets (same goes for Tauren) because of the shape of the leg.

That doesn't mean it wont work, it means that there's no one there doing it currently... you might have stumbled onto a gold mine.

If something is being sold for 14s, there is very little risk in buying that item up and relisting for a few hundred gold. And a lot of reward if it does indeed sell.
