I hope they fix that. Since they didn't go for a "squish", I'd presume health numbers go significantly up by lvl 90, and of course that means that bosses will hit for significantly more than they do now.
I realize that tank enchants are difficult, but a random bubble usually just means "that much overheal" in raid situations. Now, in 5-mans, and during the start of an expansion, I'm sure it'll be quite useful.
