Given previous betas, about 5 months. I'm going to do the legwork on this and then we can just refer to this post every time someone asks:

Cata: 5 months, 8 days (6/30/2010-12/7/2010)
WotLK: 4 months, 25 days (7/19/2008-11/13/2008)
BC: 5 months, 3 days (8/13/2006-1/16/2007)

(and yes, M/D/Y format, I'm American =)
