Yeah, for me, there are two answers to this question: right now, no, I don't think he's done anything to deserve death. I'd love to see him jailed for war crimes, but death, no.
However, who knows how far off the rails he'll go before the end. It's entirely possible that he'll become so irredeemably evil that killing him really seems like the only option.
But if that's the case, I still kinda hope they don't; they've actually done a lot developing his character, and while he does seem pretty single-minded, there's nuance there; he's enraged at a general who kills innocent non-combatants, but at the same time, he's the one who decided to try to annex settled areas in the first place, an action he had to know would lead to that kind of thing.
I'd like to see Garrosh defeated, slink off, and form his own faction. He could be a loose cannon; in the black and white fight the alliance and horde have been in for so long, Garrosh could be a shade of gray: allying with whoever's convenient to achieve his ends, with those ends being as unpredictable and volatile as a force of nature.
