Plus it would give an "out" for Blizz if they want to keep Garrosh as somewhat good by having him fight against possession of the Sha. It could be a fight mechanic where every so often he wrestles control back from the Sha and you can deal extra dmg to him as he shouts "I will not let the anger control me!" or some hokey line like that...

hopefully less hokey.
