@snarky_commenters- let's not dillude ourselves into thinking that WoW Insiders comments sections are at all user-friendly. This isn't the EJ boards with a functioning search function. As such, you can't expect to avoid repeating the same question within the same day. The JP/VP question was annoying not because it got asked so often, but because 1) Blizzard was very clear about what was going to happen and 2) The same thing happens every patch and 3) it STILL got asked before EVERY patch.

Regarding the Cata beta- I do think it is important to note that a few things caused the Cata beta to go longer than I would expect this one to run. They scrapped talents mid-way through the beta test and introduced the spec talents and slimmed down trees. This was a huge under-taking that pretty much invalidated all of the balance testing from alpha. Unless we see something that huge this time around, I don't think we're looking at a drawn out beta for MoP.
