I don't know the venerable Archmage Belt myself, but it's been mentioned in the past that he has an extremely busy work schedule, a wife, and if I'm remembering correctly, at least 2 small kids.
There are times where he gets so busy that I think the thing is he can't even log on to play wow, and I've gotten the impression in the past that him being even able to play wow at all is a minor miracle with the time constraints he has.
And lookie at what gold mine I just dug up:

Wife of 11 years, at least 2 pre-teen girls (who knows, maybe his wife had another child in there somewhere?), and I mean look at him on that couch there. Kind of looks like he hasn't had a good-night's sleep since the 1990s. And a nice button-down shirt and pants to me tells me he's probably doing some kind of long-hour corporate work supporting all that.
He's gone through periods where life got super busy and wasn't able to write Arcane Brilliance, but I don't think he'd just cast invisibility, ninja log, and cancel his sub out on us without a warning.

Pyro: he has a boy toddler. Probably around 2-3.
I made a suggestion once about lifting his butt up if he decides to start playing the "peeing on daddy's
face to watch him freak out is fun" game. And a lot of people got upset.
It still is the most effective way to end that game, neither of my boys did it again after they hit themselves with it.

That makes 3 kids under the age of 13.
I think that calls for cutting of some slack :P.
