Oh as for your actual glyph slots, my guess is that they will be reset, but you'll still "know" all the glyphs you previously learned, so you'll be able to re-assign your glyphs with a fresh slate.With the huge glyph revamp, I don't think there is any other way they can do it other than to erase everyone's glyph slots and give everyone a fresh start.
