No. They already said they're not going back and making low level armor for pandas. They said they are focusing on the forward.

They might create monk PVP sets for level 60, Brutal (70), Wrathful (80), and Cataclysmic (85). After all, they created level 60 sets for Horde Paladins and Alliance Shaman, and a level 70 Brutal Gladiator set for Death Knights.

Probably won't use completely original models, though. Recolored rogue sets, most likely.

No new tier/dungeon sets.
