Wow. The lack of understanding of how it works RIGHT now in the beta from someone who is supposed to be extremely knowledgeable about our class is kind of disappointing. I'm not saying things can't change but as it is now to suggest that Warlocks tanking in beta is not 100% intended is just denial.1. The glyph is bugged, instead of removing the damage boost from Meta and turning it into mitigation it lets Meta be a permanent super DPS and tank form. Since Meta dps is pretty crazy with or without the glyph.2. The reason bears and cats were not feasible in one tree in because a druid could switch between the two in the same fight, it's a little harder to switch glyphs. Not to say it's impossible for Blizz to decide to change Demo to 100% tank or give us a 4th spec.3. Soulshatter become basically Challenging Shout. We also get back Provocation from the good old Wrath days with the glyph, an 8s CD taunt.4. Fury Ward (the transformed Shadow Ward) reduces damage taken by 30% and drains Fury as it is up.5. Your last point is reminiscent of the many (many) forum whiners who like to complain "waaaaah Blizz hates Warlocks, buff mage moar, waaaaaaah".That's not to say EVERYTHING in this article is wrong, master as the be all end all of warlock tank stats is an issue, but the vast majority is.

Your lack of understanding that not everyone has access to the beta, and when the article was written there was even less information out there than there is now about this topic makes you look like a douche canoe.

Nah, I actually agree with Covil. You don't have to have beta access to read forum posts of those who do have beta access. All the tanking tools are there. Blizzard just has to 1. Tweak the numbers 2. Figure out if they want a 4th warlock tree or just replace demo as the tank spec and 3. Figure out a way to add some avoidance to the spec. Maybe convert int to dodge or parry like Druids do with agility. Or maybe convert spirit for avoidance so spirit cloth could be useful for more than just priests.

Lol... voted down by the fan boys...

Voted down by people intelligent enough to realize no one is omniscient. That and recognize that saying number 5 is just being an asshat. If you want to criticize do it constructively, don't be a damn moron. People who put this information out have more to do in their life than read every single thing on the internet. People have lives you know.As also pointed out, they write these ahead of time. They don't write it and publish it as soon as it's done. As much as several days ahead of time. So everything that happened over the weekend when people played the heck out of the beta on the weekend? Not known at time of writing. It's not that hard to wrap your head around these things folks. Act like you evolved from monkeys, not act like you are one.
