My main is a lock so I loathe to say this, but I don't think mage is any easier to play than lock...except for arcane. Fire is a PITA because of its proc-heavy nature and it is hard to find someone who is truly great at frost.

But yeah...a 2 year old with a mouse modified to keybind arcane's 2 abilities could play that spec.
