As far as LFR loot, I think the current system would be fine with a couple minor changes. It's always a bit of a bummer when someone wins a drop you really wanted, but it doesn't really bother me if it's going to be put to use. What really irks me is getting to the end of the raid and seeing "WTT [item you could really use] for [item you couldn't roll on because of class restrictions]". I think making anything needed immediately soulbound so it can't be traded would work better. To avoid the problem of someone accidentally hitting need, there would be a 2 minute window to give up the item to the next highest roller only. I think these changes along with the idea of allowing us to loot bosses until we win something would alleviate most of the problems with LFR loot.
