There's a little bit about Archaeology in Fargo's 'A Night in Pandaria' blog entry or whatever.

They mentioned being able to dig at individual sites for longer, so at least when you get the site you want you can hopefully get more fragments from it. Fargo also mentioned getting an item that allowed him to teleport to a new digsite; it wasn't clear, however, whether it was consumable or where it came from.
