As soon as I read this I has to test the Tarecgosa one. And as soon as I tried it (on my Priest), the first thing to cross my mind was "LEVITATE THE DRAGON".
Turns out you take on the flying animation when levitated :)

When 4.0 hit and you could use flying mounts in the old world, but not fly with them, I often amused myself by casting Slow Fall and jumping off tall things.
