Doesn't this beta feel like an extension of tbe press release? I have yet to hear of anyone else in beta but the fansites. Not even friends and family.-

The initial wave of invites was apparently quite small, and it's true that fansites were given Beta keys, but I definitely have heard from some Annual Pass players who got in.

I have been in the Beta since it started last week.
Unfortunately, I have been very busy this past week and haven't gotten to play around much. :(
Tonight though....wheee!

I was in the first wave. There honestly isn't much to do right now. Took me about 4 hours to really explore the Panda starting area, read the quest text closely, roam everywhere, and in general examine the place. After that there's no real new content to see or test, besides transferring your main and checking out the new glyphs and talents.
Once Pandaria opens up I imagine there will be significantly more discussion.
