Maybe it's just me and my obsession with WoW, but it's not that hard now, and it will not be hard in Mists, to be familiar with what raid buffs all the classes provide. When in doubt, ask the hunter to bring out the right pet for the task. ;)

I admit I have no clue which class(es) will provide a mastery buff.
