I think Night Elves are the -only- Vanilla Alliance race to have animated faces when casting, attacking, getting hit, etc. It's probably because they were the last Alliance race to be developed. Humans, Dwarves, etc's expressions never ever change, even when dead and floating in a friggin' lake!!

I'm not sure about Horde... I think, possibly, the Forsaken may have animated faces. I think, though, Night Elves and Goblins were done dead last, out of all races. It's a shame they didn't go back before Vanilla Launch and spruce up the older models then to match the quality of the Night Elves, they'd have alot less work to do now, that's for sure.
